I would strongly disagree with this.

It is in the (many) weeks to come where much more players will be struggling to clear full tier.
The week 1 race only affects very small portion of people, compared to all non-hardcore who will attempting it - exactly in all those following weeks that you suggested dont matter anymore.

How about people chill out and wait till everyone has their full BiS sets before complaining about being unable to clear the final boss in week two of early tier gear....

BiS gear is not job balance.

Even with BiS, no one is going to want a MCH and PLD in their group when they could afford multiple deaths and damage downs with good jobs in their raid and still clear enrage. Mistakes happen even in the best teams after all.

If there were 2 options, Savage mode and Extra Hard Savage Mode, but both gave exactly the same rewards, very few people will choose option 2.

I'm not saying balance is perfect, but expecting DPS checks to be passable/easy on the final boss in only week 2 of the tier is ridiculous. The final boss DPS check is obviously built around the concept that people will have most of the highest ilevel gear by then, not a mix of crafted and normal raid gear with only a piece or two of tome gear. No ones close to BiS yet and some jobs scale better than others with gear.

So yes, chill out. Its only week two of the tier.

Then stop pugging and get a static? I guarantee MCH and PLD can clear the fight just fine within the next few weeks. The only people complaining are the hyper hardcore people who need to clear everything day 1 for whatever reason.

I'm not, but you can have fun believing whatever. Not my fault you have a bad static that forces you off MCH.

Why release savage before anyone can be geared for it then ?
Why is the iLVL not 610 for all floors so only when you have mostly upgraded tome gear can you run it ?

That's how most MMO's function....Good players can clear the fights with lesser gear, but the general intent is that its supposed to be difficult for the majority of players and that you progress each week through the fights getting better gear making them easier to clear the dps check as you progress.
