Think they should just add the gear drop at the end for these dungeons once they are no longer in the Expert roulette.

IMHO it's nonsensical that capstone dungeons are excluded from the "one piece guarantee" rule in general. What's the point of that?

Well for dungeons that are part of the current endgame, it's something to grind. Arguably the same deal for older dungeons, though it would be nice if they eased it up for outdated content.
