Was able to get on my partner's account and put in an entry no problem (though, as noted above ward and plot numbers are backwards in the message which is a little... concerning.). He has no apartment, private rooms, or other property, so I'm really wondering if that's the issue.

Another question to consider - for the alts unable to purchase an entry for their FC, do they meet the personal purchase requirements (rank in GC being the main one)?

I have an Alt in the FC along with fellow fc members and worked to get the FC house. I had the "winning" click. I used an alt because it was made it so hard to click through options on the plaque, and I didnt want to accidentally relocate my Medium to a small house. 5. Are your FC members able to put in a lottery ticket for the FC? Yes! Thank goodness. Though there was no dialog or indication it recognized it as being a relocation.
