Supporting this idea as well.
While my hardware is a bit older as well, the benchmark score I got was 9.1k which is well into the "High Performance" list, and a couple tiers above Standard Performance.
I've been able to play Halo Infinite's free Multiplayer with 60fps, so I shouldn't have any issue with FFXIV, and shouldn't need to drop half a grand upgrading the computer just to remove "popping" from one single game.
That would not be a fix, that's just strong-arming a solution and not addressing the actual problem.
