Don't bother with DDR5, not worth the cost at this time and likely for the near future. Some games and software show a performance regression over DDR4. Most are only equal, some have a teensie bit better performance. Frequencies are higher, latency is looonger. Bandwidth is about the same as DDR4. Also that i9 is a power hungry beast that's not the best pick for gaming (but still seriously awesome), assuming that's all you are doing with it. AFIAK the i7 performs much the same in most tasks, is cheaper, and a LOT cooler.
