Make sure to turn off overlays, xbox app, game bar and discord overlays. It can cause dx11 crashes. We were also told by support to move the game to the main hard drive. Doing those steps fixed the issue. Which one I am not completely sure but I think it was the Xbox app frankly.

When I closed the game after couple of hours of playing I also got DX11 error the moment I exited the game. It was fine whole weekend without any errors for more than 20 hours of playtime but yesterday I got the same error while waiting for Duty and my game crashed and I was back in several hours long queue :D Not sure what is making these errors but I have never had any crash in over 1k hours of FF14 but got 2 of these since EW.Quote:

Is where this should be.
I get the same error when I fly on of the bird mounts so I stop using that mount.
