The difference between a valid complaint and being a Karen

I think OP like most of us are tired of seeing all these uneducated threads and tantum threads. I know I am.

But better start calling people like me who getting sick of seeing same dull argument for 3 days for sheeps and white knight (just cringing over typing that)

Already stated that they couldn't buy the hardware, because there is none to buy. This was mentioned before early access and they apologized. Even stated that they were willing to pay more for it, but they still couldn't get any.

no need for "crystal ball" they clearly knew the number of sales for Endawalker for both EU and NA but yet continued and still continue to sell it, they knew the regions the accounts were for they even knew the servers the accounts were most active on, they have ALL the figures or did someone accidently forget to look at server capacity numbers, there is no white knighting this they are selling a service they can not provide.

I mean srly Japan has 32 servers while the entire EU has 12! they increased the number of servers for Japanese region before launch but NOT EU or NA regions which have far far more players

the last time they increased the EU servers people were asking, BEGGING for server merges because the wait times for dailies and dungeons was "too long"

times change, maybe if there had not been such push back back then, the EU might actually have more servers.

the only reason i see is their infra don't support an external public cloud, but it's kinda the future to support that, to allow scalability on new launches

just look at new world, how they managed to open 2x more servers in few hours.

Maybe just stay off the forums until all this dies down? It's emotionally charged rn and people are here mostly to vent or to argue with those who are venting.

I don't find it particularly helpful for the other side to try to gatekeep and determine what is and is not valid criticism.

They have publically stated that they can't install hardware in other continents right now because of Covid issues as well.
