That is a disgusting take. No adult should think it should be okay. None. If the very idea of not knowing if the person you are interacting with is a minor does not make your skin crawl, something is seriously wrong with you. Also you aren't even acknowledging that people are using SE's game to depict minors in a NSFW manner. That is illegal in many countries and highly immoral.

Sexual themes is not the same thing as lewd mods or approaching minors for ERP.

Reasons =/= Law

Especially in arabic countries where the game isn't banned yet. Since some players are also playing from dubai etc. where such stuff is outright illegal. Also yes, you might say that these little sprouts will anyways do such sort of things, doesn't mean SE doesn't get sued the hell out of themself by all the countries that might take offense in what is possible with the game.

I wouldn't care even remotely about nsfw mods if people weren't so damn brazen about it.

Made the mistake of opening up one carrd from Mateus and ended up getting a face full of catgirl blimps on the very first page.

As for Lalafell mods, I'm not sure what people find attractive about flat chested bobbleheaded midgets tbh. They're not even shortstacks, just short lmao.

It's quite fascinating, really. The FFXIV community has a major issue with a segment of its population being more upset by the idea of ERP and grooming being called out than the unfortunate fact that such abhorrent elements are deeply embedded within the FFXIV role-playing community.

It's also interesting for me to observe that it's common for individuals to show up and claim that they don't really care about the issue and/or have no stake or apparent investment but then they expend a considerable amount of effort pointing fingers, deflecting and gaslighting about how it supposedly isn't a big deal.

I also want to point out.
Though they have been condemned to the ground even by the nsfw gpose community.
People have taken lewd pics of khole......yes...let that sit. If you still think nsfw mods are fine. Just remember that.
Though not REAL minors. People are basically able to make CP((sorry to upset anybody)) with nsfw mods.

I made a alt on Balmug. I never seen so many sexual stuff happen in a FFXIV chat. So I decided to hide the chat because of how much NSFW stuff was in it

Glamour modding is one thing but what these NSFW molders do is disgusting.

Well than parents should not have kids playing game. My take is more reasonable. If a parents job to teach kids about bad people about grooming and things. But either way the "naked" body is normal and natural. Western culture still is silly. They are ok with horror, murder, and other things in games, but a naked body? PROTECT THE KIDS!

And people talking about laws, online games are pretty protected from things like this. They can easily just say that it was not made by them, and that it is against the rules. They don't got to enforce the rules.
