How to report phising whisper?

Any unsolicited whispers that give a link get reported for RMT and blacklisted.

FYI, all links are shady...

The first time I got a PM from one of these people, I immediately found it suspicious and shortly after noticed the incorrect domain being used in their supposed link to the forums.

It's just not normal to be advertising an event via PMs as opposed to something less...personal like party finder or shout chat.
