The same error, and I'v just started to player 3 years ago. Or I tried at least. What helped a little bit for me was moving a game from HDD to SSD. Now I can play with my character, but still I can't for example look for System Settings, in-game as in main menu, it just constantly crash with the same error. Also tried every single solution, no luck yet...

We would like to recommend the following steps:
1) Remove game and all content
2) Restart PC
3) Install and run a registry cleaner
4) Restart PC
5) Reinstall the game
6) Restart PC
7) Launch game to see if issue is resolved
