Because it's your fault at the end of the day, be kind and humble to the support people, don't make threats, don't threaten to quit, stay friendly and cool and explain that you fell for the (as you know now) common phishing link scam, and ask if there is any way they could please investigate then roll your character back.
In the ticket, be thankful, be polite, be respectful, be an adult... and don't do much in the meantime, a rollback can undo your work.
