I'm not so sure about that. It can refer to the max amount of characters we can add to an account for additional charges, not how many we get as a base number. The way the wrote it does seem to indicate you're correct, though. Not to mention Yoshi-P isn't stubborn enough to shrug off standard MMO formulas, as I'm sure we've all seen by now.Quote:

Also with the Legacy campaign, they could start to use Legacy accounts as a kind of veteran system, people with a Legacy account get extra stuff through out the life of the game, mind that could piss ppl off a bit.
