Agreed.
The way it reads to me is that he was stating what they thought about doing, confirmed that they moved away from that line of progress, and what their possible intentions are for when they finally get around to it.
Not at all a definitive statement that this is getting dealt with anytime soon.

Nothing in this round of Irregulars that I want, so I just run MSQ roulette when I need a quick bit of EXP. I find that it's a lot easier to go through when you crack wise about the goings-on in the dungeons, particularly on Praetorium.

Otherwise, I have a Switch and a Neogeo Mini to help pass time in the cutscenes.

got all the mounts on two characters, plus all items and mount speedups.
