I rather sell the large quantity of items I craft quicker and not have to worry about playing undercut clicker. If someone undercuts you are you are annoyed buy out the item and wait for prices to get to the point you find reasonable.

Overall I am not hurting for gil, I just enjoy crafting, and not the type of person that will give items away for nothing so I massively undercut. If the trend continues so be it, not my prob.

I'm a buyer, and I prefer the prices low. I also don't craft. So I gotta get some glam pieces off of there!

There's a "reply with quote" option btw, if you just press reply, we don't know who you are trying to say it to.

My op never said that, I’m posting this here for actual people who undercut because I know it’s not just 100% bots. And are the forums not for just screaming into the air anyways?

I’m not getting uppity nor attacking anyone, it was a genuine question. Of course people were going to disagree with me. I was simply clarifying my point.

So you've learned a valuable lesson - you can't tell other players what they can do in a free market because they will absolutely take issue with your presumption.

Here's a second valuable lesson to share with you - gil in this game is almost useless. It doesn't matter what price someone chooses to list an item at because there's almost nothing to spend the gil on except items sold by other players. If someone wants to price low, there's nothing wrong with that. If you think you can sell it for higher, then buy their item and relist it higher.

I price what I get very cheaply, usually 50% below the current lowest price. I'd much rather the prices be low for easier access.

I always undercut by a single gil, personally. It's worked out pretty well for me so far. I do wish there was more to spend gil on, though.

I’m not telling people what to do, that’s the issue here. I’m just stating what could be done. Nowhere did I state and demand people to do things. I literally just said people shouldn’t undercut and tank prices. That’s incredibly different than telling people what to do. Not to mention what I say is not law and people don’t have to follow it. And housing is something to spend Gil on easily. I mean it’s 3m alone for a small house. Not everybody in FF14 has endless supply of money.
