No, you're supposed to not count so its not as painful. You dont have to count to realize the drop rates are bad. Counting just makes it seem infinitely worse. Its kinda like counting every time someone jabs you with a pencil instead of just zoning out and waiting for it to be over. When it comes to Ifrit/AV/CC thats what you have to do, just zone out and do your runs like a zombie. When you finally do get your weapon, you'll have no idea how many runs it took you, and you wont care...youll just be happy you got it.
If you count, you are setting yourself up for unhappiness....well more unhappiness.
I don't even know what to say to this thread but derp.
If someone stabs me with a pencil more than once and not on accident there won't be any counting or waiting for it to be over in my response.
I do find this to work well with the homeless, if i ignore them then i don't feel bad for not "'sparing some change man".
"How do you fix terrible drop rates? Stop caring about the game! Woo!"
I don't count and I am content <3 You guys should try it. Also. drop rate sucks when doing these things 100x in a row. I find you get more items the more spread out the events. Ifrit x3 a day, every day = more drops then ifrit 100x in a day. Just my personal luck :x
Dungeon hidden effect: Drop rates decrease with each succesful run.
