Sounds like she is wanting us to have to sit out when changing gear. Literally sit out. If that's the case, then no. Sorry, but that is just a ridiculous notion.

My interpretation of the OP's post is a request to remove passive regen and switching out gear once you have contributed to combat and/or have gained enmity.
Once you throw your first heal or spell, your MP regen would stop until combat is resolved, etc. -

Oh I think she means like we use to in XI. You know, "Twinking". You use Healers gear for massive cure then go to Debuff/buff gear then ... yada yada. If it is Kirafey; not really. I mean you can but even with a macro set to change your gear, it takes WAY to long and people will die. If they see you trying that, pretty sure they will not want to play with you.
