If you think you can get banned for hitting on girls, just dont do it. Its not like you have to. The same can be said for almost anything. Dont do what you think will get you in trouble.

No ones likely to report you for saying what you said but they'll likely write you off as a weirdo and possibly block you in-game. If I am complimenting someone's avatar I usually say 'that's an amazing glamour!' you try to keep it not personal whereas calling someone's avatar beautiful is abit cringey. I also assume the player behind the avatar is male unless proven otherwise.

Best thing is to compliment wisely. Most players will appreciate compliments from people for their glamour sets but obviously players are going to feel awkward if someones calling them beautiful out of no where.

Yeah, they might be better off saying something a bit more low key like "I like your character" or "I like that glamour!" or something along those lines. That will probably be met with, at the very least, a neutral response.

Yeah, being like "hey beautiful" and calling them "females" is a bit weird and most women (or people who play as women) are already tired of hearing dudes tell them how hot you think they are. Like someone else said, being like "hey I like your glamours" or something is a lot better.

Maybe rephrase that as "Your character looks nice", as "Looking good, beautiful" would most likely be slightly weird to them, and would result in an "errr, thanks?" response.
Just saying that as a female that doesn't exist on the Internet :P
