Why healer armors are all ugly?

From the RDM perspective, I hate the relative absence of medium/light melee-ish armor options as a good number of things we have are also caster robes.

Once I got the Orison set, that was a perma glamour.

Healer gear sometimes looks like stuff a pregnant lady would wear:P

I think this thread title should be changed to "why all healer armors don't fit the aesthetic i like?"

Could healers do with more variety? yes
Do healers only have robes? no
It is majorly robes? yes but some of them are pretty cool.

you also have a lot of level 1 gear that fits no job aesthetically. you can use that.

My request would be for more variety in the non robey stuff. we have literally 2 sets for military and arguably 2 sets for tribal themes.

i actually like that healer top
but i do enjoy stuff more that fits well around the waist like the demon robe of healing and its dyable brothers

There's many Healers Robes that's cool, i do have like 4 different Glamours at my Plate for Healers ( and i could add more ), but i would live some armors instead always robes. But i wouldn't say that only Healers have ugly stuff at this moment, to be honest all jobs are on the same boat, my Glamours for any job are all about old gears because the actual are horrible and there's nothing cool to use.
