Please give casters battle voice

Monk should clearly shout SPINNING BIRD KEEK and HADOUKEN. I demand changes now.

You say that, but I have one such macro...

...I only ever use it if the healer has one of those annoying raise macros though in 4 man content, or if it is one of those "clever" raise macros. ;) I even have some sound effects on it so everyone can hear my mighty explosions.

I liked that about Aion aswell.
I don't want to scream the skill name (sorry, most skill names are definitely NOT scream/ chant material..), just let me chant some random, but nice sounding gibberish and I'm good. we can just pretend it's some ancient language from a time when this spell was first discovered.

Silence counters spellcasting, so it's not too far off to let us chant something while casting. It's also a common trope that saying the words helps the caster focusing on the task though it's not strictly required to do it. Just like a staff helps focusing or enhancing the energies but is not strictly required to cast (see Sylphie, she does it with a flick of her wrist instead of using her wand). Advised, yes. But not required.

whats strange is if you guys zoom in on your casters, they clearly open their mouth and yell after casting spells, so it just make sit even more weird. anyway it doesnt have to be after every fire 4 or wahtever. just do it for foul/xeno/sharpcast and thunder.
for smn, just do it during dreadwyrm/enkindle baha/phoenix
just weird that theyre completely silent

The voices and voice effects mostly sound terrible, so I'll pass.

Off the top of my head, Teleport requires a lengthy incantation. FATE NPCs at Forgotten Springs shout stuff like "Protect!" when casting the spell.

Wait is this about the ability Battle Voice, or just player characters grunting in combat?

No thanks, right now if I get a female Miqo'te caster I don't have to worry whether I need to mute my volume if she's a type 5 player.
