Yeah, it's a real post.
When you consider the fact we've been getting fewer and fewer dungeons in post-launch ".x" patches with every patch cycle so far (3 per in ARR for a total of 15, 2 per in HW for a total of 10, 1.5 per in SB for a total of 7) stuff like this looks like a blatant attempt to draw attention away from that fact (but ends up looking kind of bad to those of us who see right through it). It wouldn't surprise me anymore if each major patch in SB2 had just one new dungeon each, just to keep the trend alive.
We aren't in major post-launch patches with SB2 yet, but considering the precedent that previous xpacs have set along with trying to bill the treasure map thing as a proper dungeon (which it isn't -- and I don't think this was something they attempted to do with Aquapolis or Uznair, but correct me if I'm wrong there) it doesn't exactly paint a good picture.
