No, I only have the 2 keys that I got in April. They're the same keys now that they were then. There is no new key.
I've not had any emails since April.

There has to be an error, then. Because no one else, that I know of, received both their pre-order/early access codes AND the expansion code at the same time they pre-ordered the expansion—I pre-ordered it the second it was available for pre-order and didn’t receive my expansion code until July. Because the SE Store generally does not debit your bank account until roughly a week or two before the product releases, and, as such, they will not release product keys until after they have your money.
They even posted a Lodestone post about redeeming Shadowbringers codes, stating that they can be redeemed starting on July 1st:

It won't accept my key because I was using a VPN. Even though I am using a VPN address to another spot in my own country.
I assume this is because of totally retarded reasons that would make no sense to the average person.
