    Urrrrghhhh

    I bought the Shadowbringers expansion over a month ago and registered both the pre-order and actual game keys.

    Now I see they have been de-registered from my account and I cannot even log in to play at all.

    I logged this with support on the site but you don't even get a confirmation email to show that the issue has been logged. How do you not have automated confirmation emails?

    I tried to use chat support but it's closed, despite this being the middle of the day on a Tuesday.

    Oh and the telephone support not only isn't for my country, it isn't even for my continent.

    Also why do I have to use Europe support as someone not even remotely close to Europe.

    Why would you even have me buy a key, register it and then stealthily expect me to re-register the same key I have already registered before the 5th of July without even emailing me to tell me that I'd need to do this and then make my key invalid if I don't. This SUCKS.

    There were two keys you would receive with a pre-order. One was the pre-order/Early Access code, which gave you the pre-order bonuses and access to the game starting on June 28th instead of July 2nd. The second was a code that you should have received around official release that needs to be registered in the Mogstation for continued access to the expansion. If you ordered a Collector’s Edition, it was also the code that would give you the collector’s edition bonuses (mount, gunblade glamour, and minion).

    Where did you pre-order the expansion from? If you pre-ordered from the SE Store, they should have sent you an order confirmation email roughly a week or two prior to Early Access confirming that they had debited your bank account for the expansion. Find that email and go to the “Click Here to get access to your products” box. It should take you to a page with the proper expansion code (25 characters), which you then put into the Mogstation. I believe, if you ordered from Amazon, that they sent a separate email near official launch day with your expansion code.

    I pre-ordered at the start of April and was given these 2 keys. One for the pre-order stuff and one for the expansion. I registered both then, in April at the same time.

    I got the expansion through the square enix store.

    I tried to log into the game today and it said I wasn't registered. I tried both of those keys and neither worked.

    If there is a 3rd key then I was never given it.

    That key for the expansion pack was successfully entered and seemed to properly be accepted but now no longer does.

    Still no customer support via email.

    Your image isn’t showing up for me. Did you order from the SE Store? If so, they wouldn’t give you 2 keys until after the official launch date. They would give you your Early Access/Pre-order code (that is one code) first, and then you couldn’t access your Expansion code until after July 2nd—I ordered from the SE Store and I didn’t get my official expac code until after the game had officially launched. Any time I would check the product page for it, there was no code there.

    Does your Mogstation account show that you have access to Shadowbringers proper? Not the Shadowbringers Early Access, but the actual expansion—regular or collector’s edition?

    They did give me 2 keys before launch. I assure you that I was given 2 keys in April.

    Regardless - Neither are working now.

    p.s. it did previously show that I had access to Shadowbringers, in that there was a tick and now there no longer is.

    What makes me really sad is that I had to work solidly for 2 weeks and have only now got a chance to get a few days off and play and A) even though I paid for something 3 months in advance, I still cant use it and B) I doubt customer support will even bother sending me a reply until after I have to go back to work.

    The main problem i'm seeing here is that they would not have sent you your official shadowbringers code in april, those were sent out at the beginning of this month, early access/pre-order codes being sent out earlier. So perhaps look through your emails for something you missed? If you purchased through square there should be one.

    Also I have no emails since April either giving me new keys or stating that I am missing keys or that I need to enter keys.

    There has to be an error, then. Because no one else, that I know of, received both their pre-order/early access codes AND the expansion code at the same time they pre-ordered the expansion—I pre-ordered it the second it was available for pre-order and didn’t receive my expansion code until July. Because the SE Store generally does not debit your bank account until roughly a week or two before the product releases, and, as such, they will not release product keys until after they have your money.

    They even posted a Lodestone post about redeeming Shadowbringers codes, stating that they can be redeemed starting on July 1st:

    You didn’t answer my question about is your Mogstation account showing that you have access to the expansion. Under the main page, is there a circle in the box for Shadowbringers showing that you have access?
