I bought the Shadowbringers expansion over a month ago and registered both the pre-order and actual game keys.

Now I see they have been de-registered from my account and I cannot even log in to play at all.

I logged this with support on the site but you don't even get a confirmation email to show that the issue has been logged. How do you not have automated confirmation emails?

I tried to use chat support but it's closed, despite this being the middle of the day on a Tuesday.

Oh and the telephone support not only isn't for my country, it isn't even for my continent.

Also why do I have to use Europe support as someone not even remotely close to Europe.

Why would you even have me buy a key, register it and then stealthily expect me to re-register the same key I have already registered before the 5th of July without even emailing me to tell me that I'd need to do this and then make my key invalid if I don't. This SUCKS.
