No full version SH-B code received (only early access code received)

Same problem no code ������

No code for me either still says "Your key is being processed and it will be available here soon or when the product is released."

My key is still “being processed” as well. Seems odd that it’s well into release day and the se store still hasn’t coughed up the keys from pre orders. Hopefully they start showing before they cut off access to the game.

I only received a XXXXXX-###-XXXXXX-### type code on my physical box which registers the game to square-enix-games.com but not to the store. I received no further instruction on how to activate the game. As far as that's considered, some people could argue that I've been sold a defective product.

Is there something wrong with the box or am I supposed to activate the game somehow with that code?

isnt that the normal format of a game key? did you try entering it in mog station?
you can find a link to mog station on the lodestone under help & support.

It's not the same format. Mog station takes XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX 20-digit code. Mine resembles the preorder early access code as far as I know, but it's the wrong format to enter into Mog Station. Worked got square-enix-games.com fine, but I have no idea what good that even does for me right now.

(And for the record, the physical box itself doesn't even mention registering to Mog Station anywhere. I know better myself, but that's ought to confuse some people for sure.)

I bought the digital collectors edition from the Square Enix store and my key is also stuck at "being processed".

Dear people at Square Enix, please resolve this issue before friday comes around.

The full registration codes for the expansion should be arriving soon if you purchased them from the Square Enix Online Store. If you have the Early Access code registered, you will have access to the game until Friday, July 5th.

But what about the physical copies though...

What is soon? I purchased 2 copies (one for myself and my wife) and we got early access but still no expansion key. What do you mean we have access til friday?
