Bruh you should see how many houses go up for sale on servers like balmung, cactuar, gilgamesh, etc everyday throughout the day. Houses moving in and out all week for the right price.

Here is the ToS you speak of. Take not the last time it was updated was 2013. That's 2.0 era for you. Housing wasn't available back then.

You have server travel now. It's only saying goodbye if you leave the data center. You wouldn't be losing anything.:D

The datacenter that I am on has almost all housing filled up all the time, at least if the Census forum has anything to go by.

It's the newest datacenter that has houses open.

Even though it seems to say selling for a high amount of gil is punishable offense. I know of people who have gotten banned for trying to sell homes at the original price. Keep searching. You will find it. It seems like half the devs "dont care" and "half do." I wouldn't risk it.
