The goal of world visit (and cross-world PF, data-center wide DF, CWLS, etc.) is to allow more and more people to play together, so arbitrary restrictions like a server name doesn't limit the amount of player to player interactions. I think that goal is good for the game and should be furthered. To that end I don't want to see unnecessary or excessive restrictions to cross world play, or why even have such a system? Early pullers always existed, and it is unfortunate that your server's hunt experience has deteriorated as a result. However, I don't think the problem is such that organized hunts are collapsing outright. Personally Zalera's hunt trains have noticeably gone faster with the influx of people, but no one's killing them out of turn and S-ranks aren't kill on sight either. I invite you to our server if you need a change of pace.
There will be changes to server culture, no doubt, and not all change is good. But overall I think being able to do 8x the hunts is a boon in general. I want the ability to do nearly all content anywhere regardless of wanderer status, and limiting hunts would undo a huge reason to wander in the first place.
