I constantly have trouble "holding it." This is why I don't drink anything 4 hours before i go to bed.

But on a serious note, yes, people are spazzing out for no reason. We live in a society that trends on instantaneous actions and reactions - not thought and patience. It sucks but stupidity is a bigger epidemic than infectious disease.
