Scholar Speculations - Nerfs and New skills

I want my pet to be part of my Scholar and Not separate like an extra party member. Make them stick to me and cast and not get hit by aoes that nearly kill them causing them to stop and heal themselves, make me stop and heal them, or resummoning them cause they died making me stop healing my party all the same.

You mean the fairy that actually brings a useful toolkit to the party, and on low cooldowns to boot. Whispering Dawn is still a powerful regen with high uptime and Illumination benefits to co-healers, not to mention can produce stronger barriers. Eos is far from useless in 60+ stuff, you may just not know how to use it correctly.

the only thing useful about eos is her heal buff and magic defense buff, the magic defense is also as useless as paladin's cover being only physical was. To top it off fairy potency is less than 50% of that of a normal healer making whm regens and astro regens more effective then eos. all the time.

Well obviously but the fairy heals are free, they cost nothing but a cooldown to use. A healer usually isn't going to waste MP casting a Regen if it isn't required when they could have higher DPS uptime instead, and if the fairy Regen can keep the party topped up instead then it seems to work just fine to me. There was no suggestion the fairy was a replacement for a healer, but SCH is often touted as being OP BECAUSE of the fairy to begin with.

A medica 2 regens more than whispering because it gets full potency. a fairy gets 50% less potency. the skill will say its 45 potency heal but the actually amount it heals is equal to 23 potency to a player.

Phoenix as a pet that can cast a Raise or go home. Don’t @ me, bruh.

However Whispering Dawn ticks at a higher potency than Medica II and the total HoT potencies on both are extremely close. The difference is usually enough that a Succor or letting the Fairy Embrace people till the next mechanic will cover it.

Because Primals are not fairies. Not that I agree SMN should get Titania, but in terms of the lore SCH pets are different to SMN ones.

I just want to have something like "Gambit System from FF XII" to manage our pet.
So I can set the fairy to always priorities embracing the tank, followed by healer as the second priority and DPS as the last priority.
Also, please replace Silent Dusk with something useful.
