Encyclopaedia Eorzea Vol2 - NA Store shipments

They haven't even shipped my "The Best" album yet and that came out like two weeks ago, so I don't expect to get this soon either.

Got a mail too. They're going to start charging, and probably ship soon thereafter.

Heaven forbid the SE Store has a status beyond "Validated" on it...

Just saw the billing notice, and got an order confirmation with the 'shipping' status. It's happening, baby! :D

I was billed the day I ordered it (same day it became available for pre-order), and still no notifications on my end whatsoever.

Does anyone have a screenshot or notice of these replies from SE speaking of the delays?

I haven't received an update either. The order shifted to 'validated' on the 20th - I just haven't had an email to state that it's been shipped. I pre-ordered it the day it was first available and the money has been debited from my account. I guess I'll wait and see if it shifts to shipping tomorrow. Maybe it's being done in waves?

I'll keep my eye out for that sweet sweet shipping email then :D

Just got a follow up from support (how nice!) and it does seem like it's coming out in batches.

I also got word back from the SE store just now.
