My Long Overdue Eureka Topic

TY again, everyone.

Also: I came in here to fix the image links since I'm more than awake to process where that went wrong last night. xD

I don't do eureka but if anything this basically makes me think what a huge bullet I dodged for not sinking time into it.

Still great job but it's a shame they won't even read it and instead - and most likely - read the positive stuff from Eureka from the JP forums instead.

Those few they'll be able to find at least...

This was actually a major problem I saw once they showed how the Eureka systems would operate. There's zero foresight. If you miss the train, when the content is relevant and people are actually doing it, you're probably hosed. I can go back and do the older relics and only queue times stall me, provided I don't simply unsync the older dungeons. If you're late to Eureka you're probably out of luck.

Similar to trying to get a Kinna weapon as a glamour. Despite being a multiple years old weapon, you're expected to run POTD 51-100 several times to get 90/90. For an outdated glamour weapon.

Except that people still run PotD to level, there will always be sprouts who will run it, sure it will be slower without a more dedicated party but still doable. Can't quite say the same about Eureka's relics.

This is like reading my mind about Eureka. Very well written, from the maps, to the combat, the abysmal story, down to pointing out that it was fun for some few people out there but not for the majority (I got in to an argument about that one in another thread).

One of the few things I didn’t agree though is that sample using FF8 and Chrono Trigger..

Other than that I hope improvements really do get implemented.

They put the vegan kitchen there. You still have the regular and the fast-food kitchens elsewhere.

Just take all my likes. If there is one thread that the team at SE need to read on this content, this is it.

And I dread the idea of trying to solo this content in the future. The Pagos light grind would be hell. I hope we can gain light in Pyros, as I only have 1 out of the 6 elemental weapons I want, but to hell with going back to Pagos. May it burn in Pyros' wake.

I appreciate the likes for the sake of earning them, but having even more likes is the best way to get SE's attention, it seems. So by all means spread this topic around if you want to help give it more.

I agree with everything here. Except saying FF8 had a garbage story.

I just think that if they don't do some drastic changes, there is no feasible way this content lasts in the long run. It can't be solod, and good luck getting anyone to group in there.
