You never said Hamlets. I thought you didn't know what an Aetheryte Camp was called. That's actually not a huge convenience and sounds mildly amusing. Write clearly next time.
Before you run and edit it, this is what you had written:
After more reading: I like the immersion that it would provide if outposts (not every Aether crystal) had an Inn, or something like it. And I think it would be appropriate for "Rested XP" to be accumulated there. But I want a working game with lore, depths, fun and some difficulty, before I'd say. "Hey make Inns at outposts!"
2 cents
If I meant aetheryte camps, I would have said aetheryte camps. These places aren't called hamlets, either, those are the places like The Golden Bazaar et. al.
I'm referring to the small buildings that were added several updates ago, like Red Rooster Stead.
I've updated the original post, so hopefully some of the hate will dissipate.
It's because you can only rest in an Inn.
Get ready
Drunk Fishing
Go to the Inn with someone, 2persons1bed
Wake up rested
Why did I post that I dunno, but whatever.
Well, it would be a lot better if you didn't assume people DON'T know what they're talking about. It's better not to assume anything at all. I'm not sure why you felt the need to preserve a paragraph from my post just in case I edited it. Shouldn't it be a good thing for me to edit my post to be more clear?
You know, some of these places that I'm referring to actually ARE inns.Quote:

Inns seem more appropriate inside cities than scattered outside in outpost.
Except you're too late, inns already exist outside the cities. These are the places I'm proposing to be used for this purpose. For a fee, and not as effective as the inn in the city. Why is opposition to this so damn strong? It's really not what people seem to think it is.
I said it was sometimes to my detriment. It's just something I do. I tutor a lot and I have to start from the ground up. And these forums aren't really replete with people that know what they're talking about. It's a habit I have to shake off every once in a while.
Regardless, you won me. I would make their availability slightly more scarce than there are these outposts, but I would not be opposed to the idea.
