Reporting High Latency and Packet Loss During Peak Hours

This began happening for me after I switched ISPs. Oh, it's so easy to say it's my ISP's fault, but the issue begins occuring on NTT's nodes. On my old ISP, I was taking a completely different (and apparently less congested) route through NTT's nodes. I was even able to run traceroutes at the same exact time with both ISPs (old one wasn't deactivated yet), showing that one route was fine, but the other wasn't. So if you're lucky enough to actually have a choice, switching ISPs is the only solution I can come up with, besides maybe using a VPN.

I first noticed the issue when I returned to the game for the release of patch 4.4

I've tried bypassing my router and connecting directly to my modem, however the issue was still occurring.

Just updating to say that my issue appears to have been somewhat improved either with the recent network difficulties fix or with the release of 4.41. The game was actually playable tonight when I first logged in.

I've noticed some improvement as well, even during peak hours. The problem is still there at all times of the day, but it's not quite as bad.

Edit: As of around 2:30 EST onward, it's back to being as bad as it was before.
