No they don't...as far as I know.

Be careful about blaming other mmos. In fact, this community is one of the most toxic I've ever seen and that's even accounting for WoW at the height of its popularity circa Lich King. There's nothing special about this community that makes it the 'nice' one and all the bad people coming in are from 'other mmos'. Some of the WORST players here are the ones you click on and they have all jobs at cap. That's not someone from some other mmo.
That's a FFXIV native. Those are the players that need to chill out already.
Think about what you are asking: you are demanding that one group of people be forced into doing something...to prevent them from forcing another group of people into doing something. Shifting the force isn’t the answer to your predicament. Not everyone is impatient or a jerk; there are plenty of players that have zero issues with newbies watching cutscenes for things. You ran into a bad bunch; no need to punish everyone else because of a few.
It's literally always been an issue in the same minute volume then as it is now.
I'll be honest, right now I do Castrum and Praetorium outside of roulette because people ask me to, just because they need it for MSQ. I do the actual MSQ roulette maybe once a week at best.
If they implemented your suggestion exactly, I would unsubscribe immediately. Also as per your suggestion, I'd have to watch those cutscenes for all the new content too. I don't even watch that junk on my own time.
I can guarantee, anybody can, if you just look at the immense negative backlash from all ffxiv communities in regards to MSQ roulette, that 'newbie bashing' would become the norm; and I wouldn't blame them. That's definitely one of the worst suggestions I have ever read in regards to this game. Want to stop newbie bashing? First of all, it's not even a relevant problem. 1/100 cases isn't a pandemic. Second, stop putting cutscenes in instances. Put them before you enter and after. They disrupt the gameplay flow.
Also - We don't need your bonus. We have faster, focused ways of generating xp, tomestones and even 2nd Chance Points.
Ultimately it's this - Why is your time any more important than mine? Our subs are the same price. So why do you dictate that I have to sit around and do nothing for 2 minutes because you want to watch a cutscene? The better idea is to just place cutscenes in solo play only.
But it is not about the MSQ instance, it is about Keeper of the Big Bridge, a trial.
Normally the devs solved it with capturing everyone within a circle at the start until everyone saw the CS and turning off the kick function for some minutes after the start. I don't know if there is a second CS where Gilgamesh reach the last part of the bridge.
Yes even if the person with the first time bonus leaves, it's still granted to the remaining players upon completion.
I do really wish SE to implement more things to incentive veteran to help new players.
I do like very much to help new players, but it's so hard sometimes. We need to keep disbanding the party for every solo duty of MSQ, could we just watch the duty? It would be good to help even more.
