No single job is so weak that it would be a liability in a DPS check situation. Now if a player was using their rotation ineffectively or many were suffering from weakness after dying, then yes it can be difficult to pass a check at that stage but those are both things that can easily be fixed by the player(s) themselves. Learning new content can take a while but once you pick things up a player starts to learn when best to use certain actions and suddenly any DPS check just becomes a simple (and tedious) chore rather than anything difficult.
