Depends on your server, I don't think the small servers will have all the housing bought up by FCs. I will check again in a few hours, but there are literally hundreds of plots open on Ultros. Full wards empty.

So even if someone already bought/relocated to a plot, the lag can show it as being unpurchased?

I guess the dream was dead to begin with, though I'm glad it at least went to a FC.

I could be wrong. Yoshi P gave many interviews regarding the new wards. No matter, the housing in the game is with worst and set up poorly. That's a known fact. haha. They should put new housing wards on timers to become unlocked at random. just like they are going to do with relinquishing and demolishing. No one knows the hour. They would have to just sit at the athernet shards to watch and wait ,maybe even all day. lol. That. would be the worst of it that way. That would be better than the stampede stuff and queue jams would not be like this. But...it is what it is, I guess.

YOU maybe... but a FC? No. Sure FCs need to start somewhere but that just adds to the frustration that where will all the large plots be when you are ready to upgrade to one?

I'm on Moogle. There are still lots of smalls and mediums in Mist and LB and almost all of the smalls and meds in Goblet are still available 1,5 hours after the servers went up. It seems to work out well.

I don't believe the problem lies in the small and medium plots so much as it does the large plots. Having said that the ONLY reason those plots are available is because there aren't enough FCs or players who already own a house to fill the small and medium. The other reason is that a small or medium FC / Private house owner was looking to upgrade to large. So in reality no... it did not work.

It still pretty calm on Faerie as well. So yes, it is unfortunately working. Different story after a couple of hours but if by night fall again and things are still pretty quiet then it really did work.

But there are still larges on my server, many larges on my server. Most of the larges that were purchased went to FC's, that is what was intended.
