PSO2 Collaboration, Where?

Oh god psycho wand ptsd flashbacks in psu. Honestly PSU still had the best events imo, was a shame the english version was about 1-2 years behind their version.

They haven't localized it in NA because they know we'd be up in arms over the AC system, which, in our defense, is costume gambling trash

As a MCH main, I would VERY MUCH want some PSO2 style gear in FFXIV.

If they did have a collab, I'd want one of the Dark Falz incarnations (Falz Angel in particular has attacks that would translate well into XIV's style of gameplay) as a FATE boss. Its presence could easily be handwaved as it just being an unknown type of voidsent.

It's no different then the dozens of gacha mobile games on the market, plus the vast majority of the costumes can be sold in player shops and bought with standard currency, so you'd generally have a good stock available to F2P players courtesy of the whales trying to get the rarer accessories.

I played the game for a good few years and didn't have to spend a penny on my wardrobe.

I actually feel like reviving this thread since PSO2 actually got localized almost a year ago now. I'm wondering now that both games are present in English, if the possibility is actually still there.

The event in pso2 was fun, they had a raid that was like a ffxiv dungeon where you fought Odin at the end of it. In fact, you can still run into Odin occasionally out in the free fields.

It would be fun if in ffxiv you could face one of the Dark Falzes as a raid boss or something (Loser comes to mind since I feel his mechs are the closest that could fit in ffxiv).

Add a Quna concert with "Our Fighting" since that song is amazing (and can fit FFXIV pretty well too), and we have a good idea for an event.

Since it was localized, I have regained some of my hopes of having this event. I suppose we should insist more, so that they notice us? (Since it doesn't seem to be very popular around here)

They'd probably waste another alliance raid series on it. Hard pass.

maybe when Pso2 gets its ARR(neo genesis) collab will happen
I doubt they would use 24 man for them it be pretty much void ark and weeping city again
