PSO2 Collaboration, Where?

I am pretty sure this is old discussion, but PSO2 had their FF14 collab. YoshiP mentioned that we'd get ours soon too, but we got another year of Yokai.

Now where is that PSO2 collab for us?

personally at least, I'd rather have nothing. PSO2 is a pretty gaudy game.

To be perfectly honest, relic weapons are worse than most of the PSO2 weapons. Some of the weapons we have already are reminiscent of some classic PSO weapons like Psycho Wand.

PSO2 has crossovers regardless if they make sense in their world or not, but there's still plenty for XIV to pick at that would look sensible for XIV.

There are still plenty of questionable matters in this game why Yokai/Dragon Quest was in XIV world, but they just pulled it off anyways.

It's been kind of known that XIV world is center of all other universes with the way it's been implied.

I have been waiting for this event, since it had been "confirmed", but I am already disappointed that apparently we will not have it, since it has been more than a year!

While PSO2 received many things from our game, I leave a list below, of what they received

- Four weapons (Deathbringer, Sphairai, Stardust Rod and Thyrus)

- Hyur dance and miqo'te dance (emotes)

Why haven't we received a PSO2 event yet?
Can we receive anything?, I would love a PSO2 outfit (Among the many that have)

I'm all for it. PSO2 is a fantastic game. Shame they can't find it in their hearts to release a US version. I did play on the Japanese server with the translator and all, but ultimately it just felt like trespassing.

They haven't localized it in NA because they know we'd be up in arms over the AC system, which, in our defense, is costume gambling trash

If they did have a collab, I'd want one of the Dark Falz incarnations (Falz Angel in particular has attacks that would translate well into XIV's style of gameplay) as a FATE boss. Its presence could easily be handwaved as it just being an unknown type of voidsent.

It's no different then the dozens of gacha mobile games on the market, plus the vast majority of the costumes can be sold in player shops and bought with standard currency, so you'd generally have a good stock available to F2P players courtesy of the whales trying to get the rarer accessories.

I played the game for a good few years and didn't have to spend a penny on my wardrobe.

Considering PSO2 was never officially localized for the West because Sega hates us (and we hate them for their low quality sonic games ) I highly doubt we'll ever see one.

To be fair, Sega has been showing us (Or at at least to me) that they have other games besides Sanic. Tho the salt I have for PSO2 will never go away, I rather they sweep this one under the rug..
