Agate, I totally understand your view. Your story is like many others. You're brave to post your goodbyes, as I'm sure you've seen to do so around here is nothing but a huge troll magnet.

I actually considered keeping my account active, despite not really enjoying the current state of the game. I realized waiting for future potential and being bribed with a mount isn't enough. Stop the insanity. The greatest way you can voice your dissatisfaction to SE is with your wallet.

Triple spark didn't reject you because you weren't "good enough". Nor are we elitist, maybe it is time to remove that chip from your shoulder.

Yes, it is true you didn't have certain abilities that we were looking for at the time (TS is an endgame shell, we are all in an open social as well that doesn't restrict people based on such criteria), but that could have been worked around. In the end what it came down to was that no one likes you. We had several members who had been in shells with you in the past, and they really had nothing good to say about you. Generally we look for applicants who have some redeeming qualities, and I'm afraid in your application we just couldn't find any.


Thank you for the "shout out" anyways. Thank you for demonstrating to us your ability to be in your words "the best jerk" (in your classic thread on this forum) while training a handful of our members randomly while they were spiritbonding and farming some low tier key in the strongholds. Thank you for your hilarious insults hurled at us in /say while gathered at ifrit, and your participation in mock linkshells honoring us. Without all of this I probably wouldn't know or care who you were or that you were quitting. Despite having never played with you, I will miss you... I guess.

Not that it matters since you are quitting, but you have gone to great lengths in your "war against TS". With the forum threads, the training and all the /say talk, and I'm just curious what it is all about.
