If you've seen how fast npcs kill enemies in Halatali in liveletter stream (took a few hits per mob), their job shouldnt really matter. It's either their dps is very high or because
*The HP of enemies in level 15 to 49 and level 51 to 59 dungeons has been adjusted.
I'll set my tank and healer on offensive though.
Having played around with them, squads could definitely use jobs. Tanks do struggle with hate, mainly due to their A.I. but extra enmity can only help. The MRD in particular would really benefit from steel cyclone, on the rare occasion it actually uses overpower it always seems to miss half the mobs due to not being able to aim the cone.
Then there's classes like pugilist that miss out on a lot of their better moves like fists of fire and dragon kick from monk and conjurers could make some good use of holy from white mage.
But the most important thing of all.... GLAMOURS! I want to give my squad some of the job specific gear like my lancer in dragoon armour but they don't get access to it.
