On my server its a 5 to 1 ratio. It may be worse than that but its seems like 1 out of 5 homes per ward is an fc house which is sad.
I checked out different wards in different areas and found a lot of homes with barely any decorations inside or outside, which really concerns me. I dont understand why anyone would want to buy so many homes just to allow them to be unused for no reason other than to turn a profit. I dont understand why SE allowed this in the first place. You should only be allowed 1 house per account period.
I own a small home and looking to transfer to the new area but I'm all for waiting a week so FC's have a chance to get a house. It's only fair and it would help prevent greedy players from exploiting the system on day one. But to make it work the dev team will need to put a freeze on multiple house syndrome on all accounts for 2 weeks prior to launch and possibly not allow new FC's to be created 2 weeks prior to launch.
This will allow FC's that do not have a house some breathing room to purchase a home. Once the 1st week is over anyone who wants to transfer (limited to 1 house per account) or those who dont have a home can do so with some breathing room. Once the 2 weeks are up then all players can go nuts. -

on Ultros, there's just a housing shortage period. some of us didn't get to even get a house with the expansions because of spliter FCs and FCs in general. I get FCs having houses is good, but to limit the new ward to ONLY FCs...seems stilted. there will be Personal houses and the like there, you shouldn't make it just a hub for FCs.
I refuse to pay 100mil just to have a house, when i know that there's new housing coming out. this is for a medium. not a large. people are just insane when it comes to these things. giving the new ward over to FCs runs the risk of every one of the FCs to pretty much swarm in to a new place that many players were looking forward to. -

As a FC owner, you should have more competitive power over individual in buying house. If you still can't get a house with the whole FC, you merely lost in term of competition, and don't deserve them anyway.

Why would FCs be more important than individuals? That's unfair to people who don't own an FC or prefer to stay on their own. Owning an FC doesn't give you privileges over other players.
