"Guide" to Dealing with Tanks as a Healer

This is what I do in game. However, vote kicking could be bad...I have been in groups that vote kicked the tank or healer. We then spent 30 minutes waiting for a new one. And I feel bad giving commendations to a DPS because I never know which one to commendate....I want to give them both commendations.

At least I gave a warning at the top in bold to not take this seriously. Tanks do need to remember to be nice to healers though as long as the healer is trying.

Editing your post after people have replied to it isn't really a 'warning'. It's more a "I effed up and need to rectify this somehow".

Either way, even as a joke it's not exactly amusing. Forums seem to exaggerate a lot, the community itself is hardly ever that toxic in game. From my own experiences I can only count maybe two times when I've been in a party which is hostile the way you are describing; And I've been playing for over 4 years now. Most people just get on with it, or at least that's how it is in the Chaos data center. There's no need to advocate such behaviour when this post obviously wasn't a joke to begin with. (If it genuinely was, then you need to work on that xD )

I'm the "Whatever Tank".

If a DPS pulls, I'll simply take it off him.
If the healer isn't healing much, I'll do low pulls.
If the dps is low, I'll do low pulls.
If the healer gets mad because I won't drop tank stance, I'll Shirk him.

I don't get these people. In the DF, I much prefer a tank who won't leave tank stance over one who won't go into it. Like, you're pulling 3 packs in Sword Oath? What did I do to deserve this kind of shabby treatment?
