I think most MCHs you see are really good.
Also the only MCHs sticking with MCH are the really good ones.

Because "button bloat" was a silly excuse to gut abilities from jobs that didn't need such. It wouldn't be a big deal if it didn't render jobs like MCH and DRK duller than dirt, but MCH feels like you're just sleeping at the keyboard until your wildfire alarm goes off and you need to be semi-conscious again. BRD reaches similar levels of DPS while having infinitely more utility, yes, but more importantly is that BRD always has something to do that ensures that the player is engaged.
To be honest, I'm still trying to get the hang of my MCH class since start of SB changes. I admit, the wildfire is easier to do for most players who can't time all the button mash just right, but it is difficult for me to utilize the Overheat Mode during wildfire. I think i have great grasp at the job rotation on everything BUT wildfire. It feels like SE is making minor changes to encourage us to use Overheat Mode even more, but the only use for it is for Wildfire, otherwise it does more harm than good. I do think that while the mch is less clutter which makes Wildfire easier to manage for players,e specially those who don't have JUST the right net speed to get the most in the Wildfire window, I hate how BRD still outshines MCH. Hopefully we won't have to wait until the end of the expansion for it to be perfect like in HW. I liked having the heat build up before the heat nerf on some moves, but this is brutal especially for any duty run prior to Cooldown/Flamethrower access.
Also WHY take out our ONLY DoT?
After trying out the new BRD, I honestly appreciate the lack of OGCD abilities MCH has.
I hope they buff it in 4.1 to either have significantly higher personal DPS then BRD or comparable raid utility.
