There's spots throughout MCH's sustained rotation that feel like you could be hitting another offensive oGCD or some sort of buff/debuff. There's a spot for it during wildfire, the downtime afterwards, and the later half of heat building before another wildfire. Something like replacing our useless knock back with a 15s or 20s 100-150 potency skill would fill that void. Or, perhaps drop Ricochet's recast to 30s since Gauss Round is a 200 potency attack on a 15s recast.

There's a bunch of other things that could be done to MCH for 4.1 (and, to be honest, I'm a little anxious to see how the rework fairs...), but this is something that just struck me as weird. The job is very active throughout the rest of the rotation except for a couple moments where you're just spinning on a Split Shot hoping for a proc without anything else to do because all of your oGCDs are on cooldown.
