Do I have to specify every point for people to get the picture... I'm talking about for 2.0 and beyond, and you can swap class and job interchangeably. The point is, people should have a guild to learn how to play their characters and what each ability can be used for. Doesn't matter how much they change the game in 2.0, the overarching ideas I mentioned still apply. I'll add "in 2.0" to the title. -.-
SE could have done so much cool shit with this game but instead they made it painfully evident that their only real talent is creating cut-scenes.

Agreed. If I specialize in a certain class, it would be nice to have things to constantly do revolving around that class.
