Only the GM gets the email (or the person that bought the house for the FC)

You are notified in-game, it shows up in your timers section. (This is a private Estate example)

You are notified via e-mail.
Either you or your FC members aren't looking, never properly checked spam mail, or changed e-mail addresses and never updated your account settings to reflect it.Quote:
* The e-mail notification will be delivered to the registered e-mail addresses of all free company estate owners and their free company members, as well as private estate owners.
Again. I've checked there multiple times even before, it never showed up in game. If it showed up for the FC members during that time, I'm not entirely sure (as they have not been on the last couple of days). Either way we weren't informed by email also and I know for sure I haven't changed my email in the years I've been playing.
The website says every free company member gets two emails.

I don't get some emails from SE at all. I'm signed up for the newsletter and get all those, but I never got the Fanfest registration code they sent out.
Did you contact support? If so, what did they say?
Pretty much. its not like I'm denying that they send out emails or that they notify you in-game. I'm literally telling everybody that, "HEY, this is an issue. Possible but, IDK, and it needs to be fixed and it would have been nice to be informed"
I understand the rules of inactivity for housing. I'm not denying that, but I would have liked a nice "Hey WE GONNA TAKE YO HOUSE", like they said they would do.
My friend lost his small house after 20 days of not being logged in, despite having been decorating the house right before he logged out at the time, didn't even get a notification and I only noticed because I was a tenant and I couldn't use the aetheryte. We never contacted support since he ultimately didn't care, but I was curious, it was well below the 45 day timer and he got no word of it being relinquished from him.
I assume there was a mistake, but we never followed it up since it was no loss to us.
