Can NPC stop postulating in our squadron at some point?

I spent months dismissing the same NPCs repeatedly till I got the ones i wanted. >< They haven't gotten the hint.

I attract other lalas. And they are so cute, I can't dismiss them, so they all can stay. Well, 8/10 at least.

I already have the group of NPCs I wanted, but I wish you could recruit more to have reserves in case you need more than 1 or 2 of a certain role to complete your mission. I collected as varied in roles as I could, but I would like to have multiple of each roles as well.

You know that you can change roles by using those "books" from your GC? The recruits arent bound to their job at all!

Actually you can, I get an average of 2-3 recruit from Gold Saucer a week without getting to see who that is. But I think overall you're limited to a queue of 5 'cause I didn't get any new recruit for a moment until I go check my queue which had 5 recruits waiting.

Yes I know that. I just don't want to relevel them. I just wanted more than 8 characters, so I can switch them out. If I could have collected more recruits along the way, they would've been the same level as the rest, so they would've leveled together at the same time and rate.

This is what I've noticed as well. I've been trying to get recruits specifically from MGS, so I pop Squadron Recruitment Manuals and go to town. Some weeks though, I wind up with 0 new recruits even after finishing all my MGS logs with a Recruitment Manual up. When I go back to my barracks, I find that I've already got 5 recruits waiting from other challenge log entries, like crafting or PVP. While it could be consistent bad luck, I seriously doubt it. There does seem to be a hidden cap on enlistment papers you can have in your queue.

They only go down by a level or two. The rerolled characters will catch up to the rest of the squad in a day or two.
