For anyone who can't be bothered to find the quote, here it is. They're not adding alcohol, or if they eventually do, they can't explicitly label it as such.

Each country has difference in rating standards and looking at those it gets really hard. (Currently with ratings having barrels or bar or NPC drinking or being drunk or having a message related doesn't have a problem with ratings)

「『バッカスの酒』でバーサク状態になりたいんだけどねぇ……」と少し寂しそうに語る吉田Pが印象的でした。
YoshiP sadly said "I want to become berserk drinking [Bucchus's Wine]..."
