Tried Blizzara on a pack of 4 moogles chasing our tank. It bound 2 of them and it lasts for ~20-30 seconds. Subsequent attempts I always managed to bind at least 1 moogle when using it against at least 2.

I've been doing DH runs, for fun, and Blizzara is extremely useful when running past all the monsters and getting into the light. The fact that lots of monster have lost their ranged attacks makes it even more useful.
