On the days there was not a DDoS attack, I had no issues with the game,s o I wouldn't really expect anything in return.
Anyone who disagrees we need compensation is a white knight. <- this comment is dumb.

It's pretty doubtful we'll get compensation, to be honest.
This is slightly off-topic, but I'm wondering if the Japanese community is as vocal about this stuff as the NA community is. Just curious, because I feel like we complain way more.
Queues are still way too long, They had years though HW to have better ways of transferring and fitting more people with upgraded servers.
Now we can't play because queues are too long so now what?
I brought this up with customer service because I just wanted to be a hormonal bitch and because I was also ready to rip heads off. I pointed out that while players should anticipate some issues with an Early Access the amount we had to deal with was worse than Heavensward and totally unacceptable imho. I think I scared the rep because I said if they wanted to call me they can but someone will be leaving work in tears.
I'm not making or demanding any sort of claim, I was just saying that it would be nice of SE to do. Especially for a paid service. Also equating real injustice to hitting a few buttons to extend subscription days as a 'sorry for the problems you have experienced' is a pants-on-head dumb argument to make.
I'm not even at HW content yet and this wouldn't matter even if I didn't buy SB. I can't access the base game content or use my remaining sub days properly. Nothing to do with 'buying at launch' as someone who bought the game 2-3 years ago would still be having the same issues now regardless.
Nvm, I misread.
Anyway, well a comp would be nice, but yeah...I'm not seeing it myself.
ARR had a few days added to their times as well, but that was 10x worse
and deemed the worst launch in MMO history. It needs to surpass that lol.
