Is there any compensation planned for the server congestion?

I understand this is out of SE's hands in regards to the amount of players trying to login and I'm happy the game is as successful as it is with the new expansion launch, however I'm barely being able to play and losing days off my sub time due to these long queues on Cerberus.

If you're like me and work 9-5 or other similar shifts, it's basically impossible to get a decent amount of playing time since Stormblood's early access release. I'm seriously doubting whether to sub once my next 10/11 days are up because I'm paying for something I can barely use.

I know its a long shot but would be nice for SE to recognize that not everyone can login before peak times due to work/responsibilities or play all through the night when servers are less populated. Even some days of additional sub time once the populations are more stable would mean a lot to players like us.

I don't expect any as part of their problems is that the servers were under a DDoS attack.

Servers weren't always under DDoS attack though. There were at least 2 days of the Early Access where there was no attack.

That's extremely lame and unfortunate, but I believe they were targeting the NA data center which explains why they were having more issues with crashed instances and errors. I'm currently playing on EU

I work full time and couldn't get any time off during early access. And as a rational human being I am fully aware that I am entitled to no form of compensation with regards to the technical issues that happened/are happening.

If you think you DO deserve compensation then maybe you need a history lesson of those in history that suffered greatly at any number of man made tragedies and never received an ounch of conpensation. It might put your claim of compensation into perspective for you.

Its actually typical to receive a credit in some form when you are paying for a service which is not being rendered.

You're not entitled to compensation. This is just the nature of online games like this. You should never buy them at launch if you can't handle a few issues.
