Rowena normally wears stuff weeks before others, then we get it, then she gets a new dress that we will get weeks later.

You can see her wearing it in idylshire, before that she had the poncho, before that it was the new world/native American looking set, before that was the skimpy moonfire stuff, and before that I think she was wearing the thavnarian

Might be when we get new crafter books or from the new tomes we'll be getting next week

The Taoist Shirt is meh...I want the Kimono Tataru was wearing...NOW PLEASE!

Same model but not the same item. The dress in the video has a floral pattern on it. The mog station dress does not.Also the dress in the video has long sleeves and the mog station dress is sleeveless.
